Dr. Beauchamp has over 17 years of experience in applied psychometrics in the credentialing field. He has extensive experience in high-stakes examination development and administration, examination security and statistical analysis for a full range of organizations (both large and small), including licensure, certification, not-for profit, government and sector council credentialing bodies. His experience also includes job analysis, test specifications design, examination policies and procedures, curriculum review/mapping, strategic planning and computer-based testing transition. Dr. Beauchamp has a PhD from the University of Ottawa in Experimental Psychology, a BA (Honours) from the University of Ottawa in Psychology and an Accounting Diploma from Canadore College. In addition to his work at YAS, Dr. Beauchamp is a part-time professor of psychometrics in the School of Psychology at the University of Ottawa.
