Jordan is a lawyer at GlickLaw with a practice focused on professional regulation and discipline. Jordan acts for regulators and licensing bodies in all aspects of litigation, including discipline hearings, appeals, and civil litigation. He routinely acts as prosecutor in discipline hearings and has represented regulators in trials, applications, appeals, and judicial reviews at all levels of court in Ontario and the Federal Court. He advises regulators on a wide range of issues to assist them in fulfilling their public interest mandate. He also acts as independent legal counsel to discipline committees and advises complaints and screening committees. Jordan has delivered presentations and workshops to regulators and routinely writes articles on topics affecting regulators. Jordan is the co-editor of the Regulatory Rundown, a monthly newsletter focusing on issues affecting professional regulators and licensing bodies. He has also served as a member of the executive of the Advocate’s Society’s Regulatory and Administrative Law Practice Group. Jordan received his Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law and his Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto.
